From our great kitchen on the east side of town, using an abundance of fresh produce and a playful attitude to cooking, Fete Accompli offers a unique culinary experience: original appetizers, salads, meats, desserts and drinks, all made on site at our kitchen, brought to you and displayed beautifully at your location.

Fete Accompli draws on a wealth of culinary experience and traditions – with a focus on the best French technique – providing inventive, honest, colorful food, including some examples: peach and jalapeno chutney to peach and raspberry lemonade;  brilliant green basil romano sauce to basil lime refresco; cantaloupe, goat cheese and mint salad to cantaloupe rosemary aqua fresco; slow roasted garlic tomatoes to tomato sauce with truffle and Texas Olive Ranch Oil; organic peanut butter and El Rey Chocolate Lollipops to El Rey Dark Chocolate Truffle Beignets;made from the best basic ingredients available.
